This salad is a good side dish at anytime, children & adults love it. This is a Norwegian recipe.
Ingredients:
4 apples (or enough for size of bowl, mcintosh apples are good)
icing sugar
dream whip
Directions:
1. Put sliced apples in bowl.
2. Sprinkle a handful of icing sugar over apples.
3. Sprinkle cinnamon over apples.
4. Prepare (1) pkg of Dream Whip& fold into bowl of apples.
5. Chill or eat right away.
