Power smoothie: banana, blueberries, oatmeal, flaxseed, skim milk
Ingredients:
1 c. skim milk
1 scoop whey protein powder, gnc
1/4 c. oats, whole grain
1/2 banana
1/2 c. blueberries, frozen
1/2 c. ice
1 tbsp. flaxseed, ground
Directions:
1. Pour milk in blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
