This is a great summer or anytime salad.
Ingredients:
2 c romaine lettuce or spinach
1/2 red bell pepper
1 chopped tomato or 1./2 c cherry tomatoes
1/2 c broccoli
1/4 c onion
1 small apple
1 avocado
1/4 c walnuts
1/4 c craisins
1 clove garlic
salad dressing of your choice. (i like newman's own olive oil and vinegar.)
Directions:
1. Chop all vegetables.
2. Rub the clove of garlic around a large bowl to coat.
3. Toss all ingredients, and enjoy.
