Great post-workout shake with plenty of protein & complex carbs.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp yogurt
1 scoop (eas) 100% whey protein powder
3/4 cup instant oatmeal
2 tsp peanut butter
Directions:
1. Nuke instant oatmeal with water. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
