Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup carrot, shredded
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, shelled
2 tablespoons raisins
2 tablespoons honey
4 bagels, split or 8 slices whole wheat bread
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except bread.
2. Mix well.
3. Spread mixture on bagel or bread slices.
