Delicious over the top nutrition powerhouse to launch your day. Cook this the night before and leave covered on your stove overnight. The next morning while you're making your coffee, reheat and eat.
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/4 cup steel cut oats
1 tablespoon flax seed meal
1/2 cup blueberries
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch salt
1 g splenda sugar substitute
1 tablespoon organic virgin coconut oil
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, heat water until boiling. Stir in remaining ingredients.
2. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to lowest setting and simmer until liquid is abosrbed, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
