Easy ,moist and yummy pound cake made from a cake mix. Ingredients:
1/2 c butter,room temp |
1 c sugar |
3 eggs |
2 tsp vanilla |
2/3 c water or buttermilk |
8 oz. sour cream |
1 box cake mix(yellow or butter recipe) |
1 c flour |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Beat butter and sugar till fluffy.
3. Add eggs,one at a time,beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla,then water or buttermilk and sour cream,beat well. Add cake mix and flour,beat well.
4. Pour batter into a tube or bundt pan and bake 1 hour or till done. Cool on rack 15 mins then remove from pan..
