Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop fresh herbs and crush garlic.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or zipper bag.
  3. Marinade chicken or turkey (we love this on turkey breast) overnight and bake or grill as desired.
  4. To bake: For a 2 lb breast, marinade overnight and bake covered for 1.5 hours at 325 degrees F. Baste every 30 minutes if desired, and then bake an additional 15 minutes uncovered at 375 degrees F.
