Potted Cheddar Cheese Spread

Excellent on crackers, sandwiches or apples.
Ingredients:
6 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
12 ounces beer
5 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine the cheese and beer.
2. Give it a good stir and let stand for 30 minutes.
3. Blend in the remaining ingredients-mix very well.
4. Pack into airtight containers and store in the fridge for 1 month or the freezer for 3 months.
