This is a rich creamy custard. It is a family christmas tradition. It is more dense than pudding and very rich. Needs to chill for about 3 hours.
Ingredients:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/4 cup heavy cream, scalded
2 egg yolks
2 tsp sugar
4 tbsp brandy
Directions:
1. Scald heavy cream.
2. Using blender, mix egg yolks, sugar,and brandy.
3. Throw in the chocolate chips and hot cream.
4. Blend until chips are melted.
5. Pour into cocktail glasses.
6. Cover and chill about 3 hours.
7. Garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
