This dish is SO fast and easy to make. Also, everytime I take it somewhere, atleast one person there asks for the recipe, usually a few do. Got it from my mother in law, she was an excellent cook.
Ingredients:
1 2lb bag oreida potato hash browns (thawed)
1 family size campbells cream of chicken soup
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz sour cream
1 stick butter
2 cups crushed kellogg's frosted flakes
Directions:
1. In large bowl stir mix potatoes, soup, sour cream and cheese. Put into sprayed, 2 qt baking dish (9 or 10 X 13). Spread evenly in dish.
2. Melt butter in a bowl and stir in crushed frosted flakes. Spoon over top of casserole.
3. Bake 50-55 min at 350
