Potato Wedges (Parmesan)

Ingredients:
4 large potatoes, peeled
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
1. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Peel and cut each potato into 8 wedges and place on foil. (Or try baking on a stone so they'll brown and crisp.) Spray potatoes with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Mix cheese and seasonings together in a small bowl and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 400F for 30 minutes or until tender, turning once.
