Twice baked potato with cheddar cheese, butter and onion. You can add other herbs and vegetables as desired.
Ingredients:
6 ounce potato
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
5 grams light butter
2 tbsp 2% milk
2 tbsp chopped onion
Directions:
1. Bake potato at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
2. Cut potato in half and scoop out contents.
3. Add grated cheddar cheese, light butter, 2% lowfat milk.
4. Add chopped onion or any other vegetable.
5. Put back in potato and bake another 10 minutes.
