Potato-Tomato Curry (Vegetarian)

Ingredients:
1 pound(s) potatos
1 big onion wedges
2-3 tomatoes
4 black peppercorns
3 clove(s) garlic
1/2 teaspoon(s) ginger
1/2 green chili deseeded and chopped
pinch of sugar
1/4 cup(s) plain yogurt
1 teaspoon(s) oil
pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Boil water in pot for rice. Boil potatos seperately in water with onions for 10 min. Drain Water.
2. While cooking, heat some oil in pan. Add peppercorns, ginger, and garlic. Fry for a minute and add pinch of sugar. Place whole onions and tomatos in frying pan and fry for 3-4 min.
3. Pour 1 C. water into pan and boil. Add potatoes to pan and then some salt. Cook for 10 min or until ready to pour ontop of rice.
4. Mix Yogurt, oil and salt as a garnish.
5. Serve over rice with a few spoonfulls of yogurt mixture.
