This is my favorite soup to eat when I'm feeling under the weather.
Ingredients:
6 potatoes, diced
1/2 onion, chopped
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
2 -3 cups water
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon flour
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes with onions for 20 minutes.
2. Add butter, bouillon, milk, flour, parsley flakes, salt, and pepper.
3. Cook for about 10 minutes.
