Potato Skins With Bacon Amp Cheese

these are a realllllly good and small appetizers. there so good, you fill yourself up on these before you eat the main course. they are also a very good snack.
Ingredients:
3 whole russet potatoes, cleaned & dried
1 1/4 cups of grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/4 cups of grated monteray jack cheese
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of butter
1/4 cup of milk
5 bacon slices
olive oil
Directions:
1. preheat the oven to 425 degrees farenhit
2. rub the potatoes with olive oil, & prick each potato with a fork a couple of times, & place it on a baking sheet
3. put the potatoes in the oven, & bake it for 1 hour
4. cook the bacon in a skillet, then chop it up into little pieces & mix it in with both types of cheeses (monteray jack & cheddar)
5. when the potatoes are done, take them out and cut them each in half lengthwise (vertically)
6. using a spoon, scoop out most of the potato pulp from the skin, DO NOT THROW IT AWAY, leaving 1/4 an inch of potato left
7. mix the pulp together with the milk, butter, pepper, and some salt in a bowl, then spoon the mixture back into each of the skins carefully
8. preheat the oven to 425 degrees, then sprinkle the bacon and cheese on top, and bake them in the oven for 25 minutes
9. then add other toppings if you want (like sour cream, green onions, etc.) enjoy !!!!!!
