Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil or canola oil
1/2 cup(s) sugar
2 whole(s) eggs for dressing
1 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
1 pinch(s) red pepper
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 cup(s) vinegar
1/2 cup(s) skim milk
12 whole(s) red skinned potatoes skins on, cubed
2 stalk(s) celery chopped
1 whole(s) red bell pepper chopped
1/2 whole(s) onion chopped
3 whole(s) eggs hard boiled and chopped
4 slice(s) bacon cooked until crispy then crumbled
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes, set aside. In a small pan, mix oil and sugar together then beat in eggs. Add dry mustard, red pepper, salt, vinegar and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add milk to make a sauce. Pour over potatoes. Top with celery, peppers, onions, hard boiled eggs and bacon and mix thoroughly.
