Potato Salad

This is a different spin on a classic side dish.
Ingredients:
6-8 potatoes
5 eggs
1 can of black olives sliced
1 bunch of green onions sliced with some green
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup season rice vineger
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Place potatoes ( DO NOT PEEL) and eggs in a pot cover with water and bring to a rapid boil . Let boil for 20 minutes or until just tender. Cover and let stand until cool.
2. When potatoes and eggs are cool to touch peel and dice to bite size pieces.
3. In a bowl add pototes, eggs, sliced black olives, and sliced green onions.
4. In a seperate bowl mix mayonnaise , season rice vinager , salt , and pepper . Stir until creamy .
5. Add mayonnaise mixture to diced potato mixed and stir.
6. Refrigerate until cold . Serve and Enjoy.
