Potato Salad

  1. Wash and peel potatoes
  2. Cut potatoes into small squares
  3. Bring to a boil and boil until tender
  4. While potatoes are cooking mix all of the other ingredients except the bacon bits in a large bowl
  5. Drain potatoes and let them cool to room temp.
  6. Add potatoes to the bowl with other ingredients and mix well
  7. Cover with bacon bits
  8. I use my hands and it works great
  9. Refridgerate until chilled
