My mom's recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb rose potato
2 dozen large grade a eggs, boiled
12 ounces mayonnaise
brown mustard, to taste
seasoning salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
sugar, to taste
8 ounces pickles, chopped
4 ounces black olives, sliced
2 ounces pickle juice
2 ounces purple onions, chopped
Directions:
1. Cook eggs. Boil for 12 minutes. Let cool and mash.
2. Boil potatoes about 20 minutes or until tender.
3. Add all ingredients together; mix.
