Potato Rye Bread (Bread Machine)

My daughter gave me her recipe for Potato Buns (Potato Buns (Bread Machine)), and I modified it for a loaf of bread. I use my bread machine to mix the dough, but take it out after the dough cycle is complete and bake it in a regular loaf pan. Preparation time assumes 5 minute ingredient assembly, 1 hour 20 minutes for dough cycle, 30 minute rise time in loaf pan, and 30 minutes to bake at 375 degrees.
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups water
3 1/3 cups bread flour
2/3 cup rye flour
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup potato flakes
2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Directions:
1. Add the ingredients in order to bread machine pan.
2. Set on dough setting.
3. After machine finishes dough cycle, remove dough from bread machine pan and place in a loaf pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
4. Let rise in warm place for 30 minutes. I usually turn on the oven for a minute or two to warm it, turn off the oven, and place the loaf in the oven to rise.
5. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from pan immediately and put on cooling rack. Slice when cooled and place in bag.
