Ingredients:
2 potatoes
1/8 c onion
1/2 c low fat cheese
8 eggs
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions:
1. Spray baking dish with Pam. Stir all ingredients together and add any spices that you desire. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
