we always have this on thanksgiving and Christmas!
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked then cooled mashed potatoes
2 eggs
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon cream of wheat
2 cups flour
Directions:
1. Blend until you can handle the dough.
2. Make into round balls.
3. Cook for 10 minutes in boiling water that cover the dumplings.
4. keep lid on pan.
