This is a good potato recipe.
Ingredients:
2 lbs potatoes, sliced
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
5 tablespoons smart balance butter spread, melted
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. Put sliced potatoes into a bowl.
3. Sprinkle the butter spread over the potatoes and mix.
4. Put the potatoes into a rectangular glass baking dish.
5. Pour chicken broth over the top.
6. Cover the dish tightly with alluminum foil.
7. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes covered.
8. Remove the aluminum foil.
9. Bake for another 30 minutes or until the potatoes are brown on top and the liquid is absorbed.
