Ingredients:

  • 8 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups loaf cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 slices crispy bacon

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes for 10 minute Drain.
  2. Mix with next 5 ingredients.
  3. Top with crumbled bacon and bake at 350 for 1 hr,.
