Ingredients:
1 (32 ounce) package hash browns, thawed
1 (14 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 (14 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
breadcrumbs
butter, melted
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease casserole dish.
2. Mix all ingredients together (minus topping). Place in prepared pan.
3. Toss bread crumbs with butter. Cover with topping. Bake for 2 hours.
