From my grandmother. It is cheesy and yummy. Easy to make.
Ingredients:
2 lbs shredded hash brown potatoes (thawed)
8 ounces sour cream
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup melted butter
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup grated cheese
salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and put in dish. Sprinkle top with more cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
