Potato and Smoked Salmon Pie

Ingredients:
2 rolls puff pastry
600 g potatoes, boiled and peeled
150 g smoked salmon (or 300g fresh)
150 g yogurt
50 ml milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons chopped chives
salt and white pepper
Directions:
1. slice the cooled potatoes to 1 cm thickness.
2. Cover a greased 18cm pie dish with one of the crusts for the bottom, use a fork to prick the pastry. Make 1 layer of sliced potatoes then slices of salmon repeat again.
3. Mix the yogurt with the egg and milk together with the chives and the seasoning.
4. Cover with the second roll of puff pastry and seal the sides , cut some decorative slits on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 30 minutes.
