Ingredients:
100g of cooked broad beans
1 big potato
2 tsp of mustard
tufs of fennel
salt
Directions:
1. Cook a large potato, meanwhile blend the beans adding a pinch of salt, if you need add some warm water, I used the beans water.
2. After that crush the cooked potato and mix it with the beans.
3. Serve with mustard.
