Pot Roast, Scandinavian Style

I found this on the web while looking for recipes from Scandinavia. It sounds so good! Serve with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
Ingredients:
4 lbs pot roast
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoons oil
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 cup water
8 ounces dried fruit
1 cup orange juice
Directions:
1. Mix first 4 dry ingredients.
2. Rub flour mixture over roast.
3. Brown roast in oil.
4. Discard any remaining oil.
5. Add water and cinnamon stick to pot.
6. Place fruit on roast.
7. Cover tightly; cook at 325 for about 3 hours.
8. During the last 20 minutes add orange juice.
9. Roast is done when tender.
