It's fast, it's easy and even the kids enjoy it. Gotta love the crock pot!
Ingredients:
5 lb. beef roast
3 medium russet potatoes
3 carrots
2 celery stalks
1 large onion
2 tbl flour
1 cup water
5 ounces gravy mix, brown, dry
Directions:
1. Cut up veggies and toss in crock pot.
2. Coat beef in flour and set on top of veggies.
3. Add gravy and water.
4. Cook on low 8-12 hours.
5. Enjoy with salt, pepper and some Worchestershire sauce.
