From Myrtie Mae's Home Style Dining, Eureka Springs, AR.
Ingredients:
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup instant chocolate pudding mix
1/4 cup vanilla instant pudding mix
1 3/4 cups cold milk
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
12 -16 pecan halves
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
2. Spread onto bottom of crust.
3. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
4. In another mixing bowl; combine pudding mixes.
5. Add milk and vanilla; beat on low speed for 2 minutes.
6. Spoon over the pecans.
7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
8. Top with whipped cream and pecan halves.
