Portuguese Yogurt Cake

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz yogurt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • confectioners' sugar , for dusting

Directions:

  1. Blend yogurt and butter; add eggs.
  2. Add sugar.
  3. Add flour and baking powder.
  4. Pour into greased tube pan.
  5. Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  6. Dust with sugar; place raspberries on top.
