Ingredients:
3 large tomatoes
tomato sauce or puree seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic
salt and pepper
oil
6 hard-boiled eggs
Directions:
1. Cut the tomatoes crosswise in half and remove the pulp.
2. Season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook in hot oil for a few minutes.
3. Place a freshly shelled egg in each tomato half and pour over them a little thick tomato sauce or puree.
