Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Clean Mushroom and remove stalk
  2. Coat mushroom with olive oil and bake in oven for 10 - 15 minutes both sides
  3. Cook chicken in pan
  4. Chop onion and olive finely and add to tomato paste
  5. Coat inside of mushroom with paste
  6. Chop all other ingredients finely (except cheese) and place inside mushroom
  7. Place cheese on top
  8. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
