A simple filling soup
Ingredients:
6 cups chicken stock
1 1/2 pounds kielbasa sausage diced
1 pound baking potatoes peeled and diced (same size)
1 can kidney beans drained
1 14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes
1/2 head of medium head of green cabbage coarsly chopped
1 onion diced
1 large carrot peeled and diced
1 large green pepper
3 garlic cloves minced
Directions:
1. Combined all ingredients in a large pot
2. Bring to boil stirring occasionally
3. reduce heat to a simmer til it gets thicker about 2 hours, stirring occasionally
4. Season with pepper.
5. can be made 2 days a head refrigerate and rewarmed
