Porridge (Carb Friendly Version)

For those of you counting your carbs, but longing for the days of porridge... crave no more, this carb friendly version of a classic breakfast is sure to satisfy. Feel free to add whichever toppings you'd like. Just be sure to enjoy this treat- guilt free that is!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/2 cup 4% cottage cheese
1 ounce philidelphia fat free cream cheese
1 egg white
1 stevia
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons flax seed meal, ground
Directions:
1. Mix pumpking, cottage cheese, flaxmeal, and egg together in bowl. After properly blended, incorporate stevia and cinnamon. Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Remove from microwave, and top with cream cheese. Heat for an additional minute, then, allow to cool. Enjoy!
