Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak peanut in water overnight or atleast 4 hours .
  2. Boil it in water along with ribs , potato for 1 hour .
  3. Discard the ribs and the potato .
  4. Saute shallot , ginger and garlic in oil until fragrant .
  5. Add rice and stir fry for couple of minutes .
  6. Pour into the boiling stock .
  7. Rinse the white bait and add to the above .
  8. Simmer once the rice starts to boil .
  9. Add water when needed and boil the rice slowly until it becomes soft .
  10. Add salt and soy sauce to taste .
  11. Serve with pepper , sesame oil , fritters and spring onion
