Ingredients:
1 lb boneless pork loin, trimmed
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry sherry
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Directions:
1. Cut pork into 1 inch cubes.
2. In medium bowl combine remaining ingredients. Add pork and toss to coat.
3. Let marinate at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
4. Preheat broiler or grill. Thread pork cubes onto long skewers.
5. Set 4-6 inches from the heat and broil or grill, turning and basting several times with the marinade, until browned outside and white throughout but still moist, 10-12 minutes.
