Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce

Great and easy pork dish
Ingredients:
2 cup egg noodles
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut into 12 slices
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup white wine
3 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 tablespoon water
2 teaspoon cornstarch
Directions:
1. Cook noodles according to package. Heat the oil in a non stick pan. Sprinkle the pepper over the pork. Add to the pan, and cook 5 minutes turning once. Add the next 2 inredients to the pan. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Combine the cornstarch and water. Remover pork from pan. Add cornstarch mix to pan. Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute. Serve pork with sauce and noodles.
