Leftover pork tenderloin recipe
Ingredients:
252 grams pork tenderloin
158 grams white rice
15 grams teriyaki marinade
264 grams shredded broccoli
Directions:
1. About 8 or 9 ounces of leftover pork tenderloin
2. Three cups of broccoli slaw
3. 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
4. 1/2 cup of sliced onion
5. combine all ingredients except rice in skillet and once warm, add 1 tablespoon of teriyak and one tablespoon of sirachi with 1/2 teaspoon of ginger. Scoop 1/4 cup of rice into bowl with 1/4 of the stir fry.
