Pork Tacos with Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
6 (4-ounce) boneless pork loin chops, trimmed
vegetable cooking spray
pineapple salsa
8 (8-inch) fat-free flour tortillas, warmed
Directions:
1. Combine curry powder and next 4 ingredients; sprinkle over pork chops. Coat pork evenly with cooking spray.
2. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until done. Let stand 10 minutes. Coarsely chop pork.
3. Serve with Pineapple Salsa and warm tortillas.
