Pork Steaks With a Orange Rosemary Sauce

A great recipe for a quick meal. Could be cooked on the BBQ. Good to do after a busy day.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon grainy mustard
2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
4 pork steaks, butterfly
Directions:
1. In a small bowl combine the first 6 ingredients.
2. Place pork medallions on a lightly oiled grill tray, brush with orange mixture.
3. Cook under high heat for 5 minutes each side brushing with orange mixture occasionally while cooking.
4. Nice served with a simple tossed salad.
