Pork & Mushrooms in Cream Sauce

Pork loin in a mushroom cream sauce.
Ingredients:
10 ounce pork loin
1/2 cup milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat - with added vitamin a
1/2 cup dairyland light sour cream
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp butter
Directions:
1. Sauté mushrooms in 1 tbsp of butter.
2. Add pork loin chops and sear.
3. After pork has browned (2-3 minutes each side), add can of Campbell's Mushroom Soup, and milk.
4. Stir to combine milk and soup.
5. Add sour cream.
6. Stir to combine sauce.
7. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
8. Serve over rice (calories not accounted for in recipe).
