Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and green onions, cook 2-3 minutes until tender. Season meat with salt and pepper; add to skillet and cook until browned; turning once.
  3. Pour in wine or broth, 1/4 c water and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until pork is tender, about 10 minutes Remove pork to platter.
  5. Dissolve cornstarch in 1T water; stir into sauce in skillet. Increase heat to med. and stir until thickened, about 3 minutes Pour over pork and serve.
