Simple comfort food that reminds me of grandma's house.
Ingredients:
6 pork chops
6 tablespoons rice
6 slices onions
6 slices tomatoes
6 slices bell peppers
2 cups chicken broth
Directions:
1. Brown chops on both sides.
2. Grease casserole well.
3. Place 1 T. rice for each pork chop in bottom of pan.
4. Place chops on rice.
5. Place slice of onion, tomato and pepper on each chop.
6. Cover with chicken broth; bake for 1 hour at 350.
