Pork Chops and Onions

If you like sweet and sour, here is a different kind of pork chop.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
6 pork chops
15 ounces tomato puree
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1/4 teaspoon sage
2 onions, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
Directions:
1. Fry the chops in oil and remove from the pan.
2. Add onions and sauté 2-3 minutes.
3. Add sugar, vinegar, tomatoes and spices.
4. Add pork chops, cover with sauce and garnish with lemon slices.
5. Leave to cook on low heat for 40 minutes.
