Pork Chops a L'orange

Ingredients:
4 pork loin chops (approx. 1 lb)
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons seasoning salt
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup orange juice
4 cloves
4 thin orange slices
2 cups cold water
Directions:
1. Trim excess fat from chops.
2. Combine flour, seasoning salt, curry, paprika, salt and pepper.
3. Save 1 t of this mixture [and set aside for later].
4. Coat chops evenly in remaining flour mixture.
5. Brown chops in vegetable oil in fry pan.
6. Add orange juice and cloves.
7. Simmer covered 45 minutes or until tender, turning chops and orange slices to serving platter.
8. Blend reserved flour into 2 T cold water.
9. Pour slowly into frying pan, stirring constantly.
10. Cook and stir until smoothly thickened.
11. Spoon sauce over chops.
