Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 18 oz pork, fresh , loin, sir loin
  • 1 medium onion

Directions:

  1. Add rice, chopped onion, water, soup to 9x14 baking dish and mix well
  2. Salt and pepper chops
  3. Place on top of soup/rice mixture
  4. Cover with tin foil
  5. Bake at 375 for 45 min to 1 hour
