Pork Chop and Bok Choy w/Sesame Glaze

Ingredients:
3 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) sesame oil
1 teaspoon(s) rice vinegar
toasted sesame seeds
4 pork
8 stalk(s) bok choy large
Directions:
1. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar and honey in bowl. Place pork chops in the mixture turning to coat all surfaces. Let stand at room temperature, turning the chops occasionally while you prepare coals in and outdoor grill to medium high heat. When coals are ready, remove chops from marinade and grill them until just done, 3-4 minutes per side. Meanwhile, grill the Bok Choy stalks until tender, about same amount of time as the chops, basting them with the remaining marinade while they cook. Serve with rice or Asian noodle dish.
